Was it a bad thing, no, it just made me in like with the story and not in love. Oliver, no issues, never really have any issues with the author’s heroes. He was so sexy to me. I never comment on book covers, but I don’t think this book cover did him justice. CHEMISTRY: Enjoyable sexual chemistry. I enjoy their “work” in Oliver’s workroom. SECONDARY CHARACTERS: Hardin was Oliver’s best friend and co-worker. Likable character. Not a lot of scenes, but I liked him. OVERALL, overall I’m in like not love with this story. ****I don’t equate these stories to real life. It’s about personal taste and what you would or want to tolerate with the books you read. I know we all have different opinions and preferences with what we read. They have an instant, explosive attraction, but Narissa is scared of what she feels and pushes him away. He doesn't give up though until he gets her secret out of her. Character development: Narissa is high-strung. She's a little awkward and doesn't feel like she fits in, which is fine and not a character type that I mind. However, she's also mean in her defensiveness, and even though Oliver sees through her act, it was hard to relate to her back-and-forth nastiness. I did find it extremely high-handed and ironic that her father basically thrust her upon Oliver, regardless of whether he wanted her there or not and whether or not she could help him or be in his way. He was acting in exactly the way he implied his daughter acted. work hard hero 2 hack
