These characters wander around the tavern once their soda has been purchased. With the Tap Select tavern upgrade, it is possible to disable certain classes from appearing through the Player Book. Note: At least one Soda Junkie will always appear in the tavern even if you disable him from spawning. Hammerin' Ale 15g. Quarry Quench 150g. Wildberry Blast 10K. Corrupted Cola 25K. Double Bubble 100K. Special Characters. These characters will not appear in the tavern and most are hired from the Recruiter. Like tavern characters, a majority of special characters have an associated soda that must be purchased before they can be hired. Only one of each special character can be in the party. Baking Soda 100K. Diviner's Draught 500k. Blacksmith Soda 750k. Owner Soda 750k. Mastery XP. The characters level up for rewards as you use them in a dungeon run. You can check the progress for each character in the Player Book. Each character in your party gets 1 XP per floor cleared for that class. This means if you use 6 nurses and clear 100 floors you'll get 600 nurse experience. Furthermore, you can level the Mastery Relic for a maximum of +10% XP and equip Triangle Gems for an additional +10% XP each. This can be further increased with Boost to All Stats. The XP bonus affects the entire party. Each Chef Pancake meal gives a +1 XP to all party members which does not get increased by XP boosts.
