The reason is that she provides extra rage and has some cool buffs and also can do that for up to all your five marches (or allied ones) that make her potentially a contestant to several legendary commanders. One of the few epic commanders even progressed players use. Open Field : S Sunset Canyon : S. Sun Tzu is wrapping up the S Tier for the epic commanders. His area damage is just great, he reduces damage taken & buffs health, he generates extra rage and boosts skill damage.
