Customer reviews. Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness. Reviews with images. So, addicted that I would actually buy coins occasionally. However, the game WILL randomly crash or reset. if you are in the middle of a round, you can lose all your powers (building/lightening). Also, if it resets when you are in the process of buying the coins, Amazon will charge you for the coins but the coins won't show up in the game. It happened to me a couple of times but was only $1, so I was just like, whatever" but then in December, as a Christmas present to myself, I spent $5- it crashed, I contacted amazon within 3 minutes and they refunded my money. Well, the same thing happened again a few days ago. I contacted Amazon with 3 minutes and they said, "No, we can't refund that money." I was told I needed to contact the game makers but the game makers have no evidence that I paid for coins. SO, basically, I just gave a billionaire $5 for absolutely nothing. It cured me of my addiction. I will never spend another penny on this game and I am so annoyed at Amazon, I going to shop from Etsy in the future for gifts. I LOVE this game, however, I am getting very frustrated. For over two weeks I was not able to access the game due to Amazon application error. I was on the Shanghai level, finally closed it out and restarted, was able to start all over in Australia. I have had to do this before when there were problems with the game. After a day or two the game would be restored to where I left off. The game did not reset this time, and is back to not opening due to application error. Please help me with this. I have been playing this game for quite awhile, (3 years), and would love to continue. I love this game. But for some reason I am not able to download the update it keeps saying there was an error in the download. I do enjoy this game most of the time, BUT. and that's a big but, I hate when they have "timed levels." I play games to relax and this reminds me too much of taking timed exams back when I was in school. I have had ADD most of my life, and having to try and focus has always been a struggle, but when you add in age (I'm 65), and eyes that aren't quite as clearly focused as they used to be, having to do a time level can be extremely anxiety provoking and annoying. I'm just surprised that I've actually been able to beat it once in a while, but with each level it becomes more challenging (probably not a bad thing), but I just hate having a short time limit to focus. On the other hand, I feel like this is one of the games that somehow intuits that a person is NOT going to ever be able to beat certain levels without them upping the amount of special tools and moves to get through it, so even if I've finally lost 4 out of 5 lives (where I have to wait till it renews), it seems to up the help by the 4th try to eventually help someone like me get thru the level. Just STOP with the timed levels. I really hate them. Update note for people about having progress disappear. I play on my Fire tablet. Amazon has a function called "Game Circle" that saves your progress, which stops the game from resetting. I don't know if you can download it on other equipment. My favorite match game. I enjoy the small points of information on the buildings that are revealed as the game progresses. The advancing board drop strategies are well thought out and require some thought. Nice. I am well into the game and can still 'buy' perks with earned 'coins'. I would gladly pay an upfront fee for games that don't use in app purchases, but use the model present in Gummy Drop. I'm sure at some point Gummy Drop will try to force the player to spend $ in order to clear the board. At that point, as with other games, I will delete it. Gummy Drop hack
